"This property has some ongoing construction where they were noisy early in the morning which is not what we wanted hearing banging on the upper level while trying to relax on vacation. The property photos also made it look like they had beach front access with a sandy beach when in fact that was next doors beach and they only had water access like a patio. The room was well maintained and clean however the doors had huge gaps in the framing and the king bed was 2 twins pushed together which...

"I stayed in apt17c and had the most spectacular view of ocho rios. The property is beautifully maintained. Although the apartment could use a little updating, it was simple and perfect for my needs. I can not say enough about the view. It was peaceful and relaxing. The location is within waking distance to the center of town where there is music and lots of activity. Bieber v or is far enough to offer a type of tranquility that is unmatched. I epping stay jet again and recommend it to anyone...

"My family and I had a phenomenal time at Moon Palace! From the moment we arrived on the shuttle, we were met with a warm welcome from the hotel staff and greeted with cold towels, flowers, and refreshing beverages-everything was spectacular. Antoinette made our check-in seamless, Tanisha ensured our room was perfect every day (we even had a diffuser that she had running everyday), and Simone at the spa worked wonders on my back-thank you! Room service was also top-notch; we’re still reminiscing about our delicious morning breakfasts of ackee, callaloo, bammy, and both fried and boiled dumplings. As a vegan family, we truly appreciated being able to enjoy our ackee and callaloo without saltfish. While I do wish there were more plant-based options at the buffet for dinner, we made do with what was available, and the chef even made an effort to accommodate us at one point. On our final night, we were treated to a complimentary family-style dinner, and we chose Indian cuisine. Let me tell you-it completely made up for the limited plant-based options earlier in our stay. The food was absolutely delicious! Overall, our five-day stay was unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to the next time we visit Jamaica (our birthplace) while making Moon Palace our home away from home. "

"Had the MOST AMAZING stay at this property. The staff are so kind, check in was a breeze, our room was clean and bright, and the location/views cannot be beat. Highly highly recommend Hibiscus Lodge. My boyfriend and I stayed in multiple hotels during our trip to Jamaica (including more expensive ones) and this one ended up being our uncontested favourite. "
