"I've stayed at Old Silk Appartments twice so far in apartments 8 and 9. Both I found spotless, white soft towels, comfy beds, tastefully decorated well maintained and adequately appointed. Large fridge freezer, 4 ring hob oven and microwave, basic set of kitchen utensils and a couple of pans adequate to cook something simple. "Large, spacious hotel, staff were friendly. Room wasn’t the quietest, could hear neighbouring rooms’ toilets flushing, hairdryers being used and doors banging. Did put a request on our booking that was ignored and were charged a ‘service charge’ without my permission on a food order I made at the bar on some light bites, so basically paid nearly £5 for someone to bring it from the kitchen!"
