"The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue. "The only totally bad thing about this hotel was the lighting in the bathroom. If you’re wanting to put your makeup on that bathroom, you can barely see to do it. You have to go out by the window to do it in a handheld mirror. I suggest putting brighter lights in the bathroom would help a lot, especially when you wanna shave your legs and all that stuff."

"Our room was very clean, beds were new, room and hotel has recently had an upgrade. Very nice staff, helpful and friendly. If you need darkness to sleep, consider bringing a nap mask. The curtains (especially the blackout curtains) do not close completely. Someone had left a Bobby pin in our room we used to keep the shear curtains closed. That is not a major deal though. breakfast goes fast, but there is a Hardee's literally next door. Good place to stay. Will certainly look to book with them our next trip to Bowling Green."
