"We spent two nights in a studio suite for college apartment move in. I only wish my kids’ apartments were as nice!! Everything was excellent. The mattresses were firm and comfy. The room was spotless and the complimentary breakfast offered a great selection: eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon, and, of course, waffles. There were many other items as well. We saved a lot of money booking through Expedia! I am sure this room would be far more expensive during high demand times like La Crosses’s Oktoberfest."

"Front desk should be able to lookup and communicate a room rate within 1-2 minutes at most. I would expect you should have an app that lets the staff select “show available rooms and rates”. For some reason it took more than 10 minutes just to hear a rate, before I walked outside to simply book the stay on Expedia. Despite the hotel being very empty I was told I was “lucky” to be getting a room, even as the delay continued. Not sure if this is a systems or training issue but this took more time than at any of the numerous hotels I have stayed at over the last year. Additionally, I am amazed that staff cannot easily lookup my Bonvoy number - I was told that my name and phone number do not correlate to any Bonvoy member number. That’s amazing that you can’t lookup this number using my name. Seems impersonal. That problem is. It unique to this location."
