"Check in process was easy however once in our room our experience is as followed. Our counter tops were covered in sticky substance, someone else’s belongings were on shelves, pubic hair in shower, shower curtain stained, cabinets wouldn’t shut, toilet leaked, some sort of blood/mud colored substance on the floor in bathroom. We attempted to call regarding the toilet and the phone wouldn’t work. Went down to front desk and they offered to adjusted our room location. Once in our new room, our AC was giving us issues and my bed had what appeared to be blood stains on sheets. We were restricted on time and availability to adjust what we could do due to prior obligations paid for and coming from out of state.
The hotel it self appeared okay however there were a lot of banging sounds during our stay in our new room and was extremely hot everywhere in the hotel including their restaurant. Unfortunately this was a disappointing stay we were really looking forward too.
At check out we expressed this again and we were advised to call back when management is at building.
