Good if you bring everything

This is more of a work hotel and not so of a family weekend stay. There are no curtains, the shades are not fitted so light come in, not the cleanliness, smells when you walk in, good for pets. Also the A/C was good. The “blanket” is more of a sheet and the pillows are flat flat.
Thickness of the blanket provides beside the sheet.

We had one bath towel in the room had to ask for more the next day. TV didn’t work guy at the desk said he didn’t know what was wrong and could only change out the tv told him never mind. Location was ok Denny ha Is open 24 hours ate breakfast when we arrived at 1am

Not what I expected

The room was not very clean. Had a kitchen with only a cutting board. No cup plate or fork. Even at front desk. Pillows were not the best and 2 towels, one wash cloth. That’s it! Not what I expected from this brand

It was under construction. The front person was not pleasant. Tried checking out early and there is a phone located in the lobby to call front desk, the phone was not connected. Tried calling hotel main phone and dial reception and the call would get disconnected after one ring. Called several times. Gave up and put the key card between the counter and the rolling counter door, hoping they checked us out!

Booking : Terrible customer service regarding cancellation literally two minutes after booking as website defaulted from Brownfield to Brownsville. H.C. was told Property manager WOULD NOT refund the room. If this is the way they full their property I can't imagine that it's managed, maintained and/or would offer any type of services related to the traveller so STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Poor service / review choice.

Like my Dad always said. You get what you paid for. So that is how I would respond to. I got whatever paid for. Not the most comfortable bed but it was ok. Bare necessities however, I thought it would have dishes etc.
