"We loved the hotel, the room was lovely, the beds were so comfy, the Dyson hairdryers,comimentary chocolates and bath room toiletries were really first class. Unfortunately the a/c in our room wasn’t working so it was very hot but the staff were very helpful and although couldn’t fix it they compensated us very generously Great location, lovely bar, garden and breakfast. "Stay OK, I usually stay here, more out of habit now (better the devil you know)... but a few tips. 1. room position is important. No aircond, so May to Septmeber can be hot. Make sure you're on the East carpark side, other side is much hotter. Also, make sure you're away from the lifts (noisy talking lifts, noisy people... the further you are south the less people walk by shouting, and bratty children). 2. Carpark now running at 90% capacity minimum... Often no parking after you have paid...

The pillows and bed were a bit hard for me giving me backache but my husband found them comfortable.
