Poor maintenance.
"Hotel was ok but next to a busy motorway .
It was clean just needs a bit of a revamp as carpets are heavily stained, lightbulbs not replaced, banging doors and just general poor maintenence in places.
Also at check in i had to show my passport and this was snatched out my hand by a very rude receptionist, i didnt feel the valued customer and i wont be going back."
