Not great, not terrible.

Breakfeast was mediocre. No real warm entres except for one day. Dinner was so and so. Had potential, but unfortunately portions were a bit small. Very friendly reception!

Freundliches Personal, bemüht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, das Bad ist neu. Zusätzliche Abstellflächen bzw. Regale wären wünschenswert (besonders im Bad). Essen war sehr gut.

Siisti hotelli keskellä idyllistä pikkukylää

Hotellilta on lyhyt matka Zell am Seen keskustaan. Kaikki hotellin palvelut toimivat niin kuin pitikin Aamupala oli runsas ja rakkaudella laitettu. Henkikökunta oli äärettömän ystävällisiä!

Báječný Sylvestr s lyžováním

V hotelu byl velice příjemný a ochotný personál s vynikající kuchyní. Parkování bylo přímo u hotelu. Užili jsme si Sylvestrovské setkání s místními četry s punčem. Stálo to za to :). Do lyžařských středisek jsme dojížděli bezproblémů autem, dalo se skibusem. Lyžování na slunečném Kitzsteinhornu bylo s novou kabinovou lanovkou ve vrchní části super. Zkrátka nenašli jsme chybu a jistě se rádi vrátíme.

Das Hotel ist klein, aber sehr fein. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, ebenso das Bad, welches über eine riesige ebenerdige Dusche verfügt. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr schön. Hier stehen kostenlose Getränke zur Verfügung, Liegen zum Entspannen, eine Saune und eine Infrarotkabine. Zur Verpflegung kann ich nur ein großes Lob aussprechen: Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Abends gab es meistens ein großartiges und superleckeres Wahlmenü. An einem Abend gab es ein Abensbuffet, das auch gut war. Der Skibus fährt kostenlos 100 m vom Hotel entfernt ab!

Hotel ist sauber, Vitalfrühstück gibt es nicht. Personal freundlich. Am Ruhetag kein Service nach dem Frühstück. (Gäste werden nicht informiert). Fahrradverleih ok, Räder nicht in einwandfreiem Zustand.

فندق استغلنا اسوأ استغلال عددنا 6 اشخاص كبار وثلاثة اطفال ورضيع وطلبنا منهم ثلاثة غرف بحيث يكون في كل غرفة شخصين كبار وطفل لكن طلبو منا ان نأخد ثلاثة غرف وغرفة اخرى بأربعة اسرة ولكن اخبرناهم اننا لانريد ارغمونا على دلك والوقت كان متأخر وقبلنا مرغمين حتى الرضيع احتسبوها شخص بالغ وقبل اخر ليلة لنا أرغمونا على تسليم الغرفة الكبيرة بسبب أن عليها حجز مسبق وعندما اخبرناهم اننامن البداية كنا لا نريدها وانتم اصريتم علينا ونحن الان لانريد تسليمها الا في اليوم التالي اخبرتنا صاحبة الفندق بأنها سوف ترمي جميع اغراضنا خارج الفندق ولأننا في بلد غربة ولانريد المشاكل سلمناهم الغرفة الفندق سيء للغاية في التعامل مع النزيل يريداستغلالنا بأي طريقة لا أنصح به أبدا
