"The hotel is a converted old building, as most are in the area. Getting to our room was a funny walk of up several stairs, down some stairs, up a floor, down the hall and then back down more stairs.... However, the room itself was spacious and clean. The hotel is doing renovations right now, so I did only give 4 of 5 for appearance and be prepared to be up by 8am if you are on the side with the work crew. The location is actually great - just far enough off the beaten path to be quiet, but close enough to get anywhere. There is a cafe close by that has wonderful food. We didn't have a working AC, but was able to just open the window of our room and the weather was cool. I would stay here again. The lobby feels very posh!"

"Great location and very clean. Good size bathroom. Beds and pillows are not comfortable. I did not liked the fact that they do not have double beds, only two twins put together. It would had been great to have a coffee machine in the bedroom."

"The perfect place to stay in Bruges. Room was clean and we had amazing views of the water. The patio was gorgeous to have a drink on. Staff was so nice and helpful. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the hair dryers, but 100% would stay again!"
