Está muy céntrico el lugar, aunque nos tocó en un edificio por atrás del principal y no había elevador para las maletas, aunque tenía una pequeña terraza que dabia hacía una callejón, pero no todos los cuartos tenian

The hotel is in a great spot; walkable to everything in Bruges but just far enough outside the city centre so you’re not in the thick of it. There are plenty of great bars and restaurants around the hotel too.

Close to the centre and easy to walk to from the station. Basic facilities but my room had a balcony and a much needed fan. Clean and great shower pressure. Happy!

Great hotel in a great stop that was close to the bus stop and the city center. The lady who greeted us upon arrival went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make us feel welcomed and giving us all the recommendations. She was spot on!! Upon leaving, she was the same. The only thing bad was that the air conditioning in room 104 did not work. Luckily there was a fan in the room and the weather outside was nice enough we were able to sleep with the windows open

We received an incredibly warm welcome from the lady on reception. Our top-floor room gave wonderful views over the city. The bathroom is slightly dated but perfectly acceptable. Breakfast was good, if slightly expensive. The area around the hotel offers a good selection of bars and restaurants. We found all the city sights to be easily walkable from the hotel.

Staff very friendly. Large room with kingsize bed and single bed. Very clean and comfortable. The room had a small fridge. The bathroom was equipped with both a shower and a bath with a shower attachment. It was lovely to have a large mirror and a double sink too. Only thing that let the room down was that the shower door was missing and as a result area around shower was being affected by the water.

O atendimento no ato do check in é muito eficiente e educado. Todas as informações são passadas aos hóspedes, de maneira cordial. O quarto e o banheiro são amplos. E a localização é excelente: perto da estação de trem e, também, do centro histórico onde estão as principais atrações turísticas.

Das Hotel war allgemein etwas unsauber. Leider wurde uns vorab nicht mitgeteilt, dass wir das Hotel mit dem Fahrzeug nicht erreichen können. Zuerst mussten wir einen Parkplatz im Parkhaus finden und danach mit unserem Gepäck das Hotel suchen. Etwas umständlich.

Room was in terrible shape- marks all over the carpets and walls, tv didn’t work, tiny window which faced a brick wall and the bathroom window facing directly into someone else’s window with no blind. Our friends stayed there too and lived their room, had a balcony and lots of natural light and a working tv- we paid the same amount of money as them, I booked both at the same time. Asked to move to a similar room and was refused. Good location, good shower.
