Pand 17 was absolutely perfect for our needs. The accommodation was charming, spotlessly clean, and offered excellent value for the price we paid. The staff were exceptionally warm and caring—they took the time to show us to our room and, without prompting, provided a map along with thoughtful recommendations for the best sights and activities in Bruges. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Bruges, within walking distance of major attractions, great restaurants, a grocery store, and a lovely park just around the corner. Our room was ideal for two people: comfortable, well-maintained, and cozy. The only suggestion we would offer is the addition of a kettle in the room for added convenience. Also, note that the bathrooms do not have fans, so they tend to steam up quickly. We wish we had stayed longer and would not hesitate to return

Location was perfect, able to walk to all main sites, hotel just off main market square and canal with boat trips 1 min away. Staff at hotel excellent. Only minus if staying in guest house is there are no lifts and two flights of stairs but rooms are lovely.

October in Bruges

We stayed at The Pand 17 next door to the main hotel. Our room at the top was nicely furnished & we had 2 large windows for views of the street which let in lots of light. We had a fridge o our room & was able to get fresh milk every day so we could make a hot drink. The staff were friendly & helpful & we were able to have drinks in the courtyard & enjoy the ambiance of the main hotel.

Great location just a few meters from the center. Great service on checkin and during stay. Issue was with the shower. Drain was clogged and couldn’t take a proper shower without water overflowing into floor. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Schitterend gelegen midden in het bruisende centrum van deze mooie stad. Kamer prima geïsoleerd, dus totaal geen geluid van buitenaf gehoord. Ontbijt is een belevenis op zich, mede door het attente en vriendelijke personeel. Een absolute aanrader.

Heel aardige mensen en de sfeer is goed,douche vie

We wisten niet dat we in de dependance werden gezet. Veel trappen en gesjouw, geen lift. En buiten door om te ontbijten. In de douche zaten naden en die waren vies. Bij de wastafel stopte ik m’n hoofd aan t schuine dak 😵‍💫 We hebben een irish koffie in de bar genomen, die slagroom zakte meteen in en t was niet lekker en te sterk van smaak, wellicht helpt een groter glas en goede koksroom. Het personeel was echt heel attent en aardig! Ik ben benieuwd hoe een goede kamer in t hotel eruit ziet.

Perfect combination of affordability and location

Charming and perfectly located B&B, steps away from the famous Dijver view but still a quiet street. You cannot beat the affordability for this location. Front desk was impeccable. Downside is that the room is small so couples will not find it good for lounging, only sleeping. But you are not in Bruges to hang around your room. Didn't order breakfast so cannot comment on that. Other things like hot water, water pressure, hair dryer, shower gel, bed comfort etc. are all top. And did I mention location? A few steps from one of Europe's most famous city views.
