Top met mooi zicht op zee, wij hadden een kamer bovenaan wat extra leuk was. Zeer goed ontbijt en vriendelijke service.

Très beau séjour. La personne de l accueil adorable. Problème au moment du départ où mon mari est resté coincé à l intérieur de la chambre et apres 2 heures pour tenter d ouvrir la porte . Il a du finalement enjamber les balcons au 8 ème étage... Énorme déception car le directeur nous a promis un remboursement de 50% du séjour et après 2relances plus de nouvelles et aucun remboursement.

Les Plus : Bel hôtel sur la digue de mer,(petit balcon). Petit-déjeuner succulent. Accueil chaleureux. Les Moins : la moquette dans la chambre (??), mais surtout la Réception fermée après 18h, voire même 16h en période de fêtes (c'est un hôtel 4 étoiles !!) chambreM4 etoiles

Une vue incroyable et un service à améliorer

Nous avons passé 4 nuits au Riant Séjour, un hôtel 4 étoiles donnant directement sur la digue de mer. Nous avons eu la chance d'être à un étage élevé, au 6eme étage, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. La chambre était spacieuse, le lit très confortable. Quelques réserves néanmoins sur les services proposés qui pourraient être améliorés pour un 4 étoiles : miroir grossissant cassé et pas remplacé, pas de kit avec lait pour le corps, pas de service de lavage (laundry). De plus un désagrément sonore le soir tard en raison de vibrations dans les conduites d'eau à chaque fois qu'un voisin de chambre prenait une douche ou ouvrait le robinet de son lavabo. Attention enfin lorsque vous arrivez en voiture et que vous déchargez vos bagages sur l'espace conseillé par la direction de l'hôtel, vous risquez un pv. Notre conseil : qu'un des voyageurs reste dans la voiture le temps du déchargement.

Empfohlen

Tolles Hotel, super freundlich und multi-lingual. Sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet bis 10:30h. Grosses Zimmer mit super weichen Betten, kleinem Balkon und Blick auf das Meer & nahegelegene Pier. Blankenberge ist leider sehr verbaut mit vielen Hotels und Restaurants und im Sommer ist dort bestimmt "voll was los". Je nachdem wie der Wind steht, kann der Geruch der unter gelegenen Restaurants zum Balkon hochsteigen, daher haben wir dort nur eine kurze Zeit verbracht. Es gibt aber auch eine kleine Sitzgruppe innen, direkt vor der Balkontüre.
