"This is a true budget hotel: the rooms are very tiny with not much space to move around in. The bath towels were small and thin and the shower is in an open area beside the bed. Our room overlooked the central railway tracks but the sound of the trains wasn't actually that loud. Staff were very helpful and the location was convenient for walking to the old town of Bruges. Parking was relatively inexpensive, but the hotel room was expensive relative to its size and condition. I guess it was all about location, location, location."

"The only downside to our stay was the breakfast was to pricey. It was 26 euros per person per day."

"The hotel was in an excellent location as it was a short walk to the centre of town and there was a bus stop nearby for the train station. There were two cafes for breakfast and a very nice restaurant nearby which we found very convenient. The rooms were traditional, perhaps a bit dated but very clean and we had a lovely view of the canal from the bedroom and the bathroom. The staff were very polite and helpful. They provided us with extra free bottles of water as it was extremely hot when we were there and gave us helpful advice about directions to tourist sights."

"We decided to stay an extra night last minutely and the staff was super helpful in rearranging on their side to make sure we could stay the extra night without needing to change rooms and go through the hassle of checking out / checking in again. Room itself was quaint and cute, spacious and of the aesthetic of their brand. The only odd thing was there’s no shower curtain in our room despite there being a shower head; not an issue just a note :) Would definitely stay here again, loved walking along the canal and observing the neighbourhood !! Also we were given a sheet of recommendations which came in super handy and was a nice touch (plus cookies when we checked out)"

"I went to Belgium for the first time with my wife and kids from London. I drove all the way. Hotel staff was kind enough to offer me to park as soon I come. This allowed me.to park and go around city before our check in time. Room.was very spacious and very clean. We all had fantastic sleep. The only downside was, sofa bed made creaking noise when one moves. That should be fixed as that disturbs sleep. It didnt matter too much in the end because we were dead tired, but surely got noticed. Parking is spacious and easy. There is a tram 15 mins away which takes you to city centre. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff was wonderful. Would recommend."

"Very bad stay. This hotel does NOT have a real aircondition as stated on their details. It’s rather a central fan that was not working and when I asked the receptionist they said it’s better just to open the window. You can imagine the nosie ang bugs when you leave the window open trying to get some sleep. The shower is an open area into the room - no door."

"I found the property not to be suitable for a senior . The shower is in the tub and the faucet is in the middle of the tub so it's awkward. The sink has the shelf so low that you can knock your head into it. There was stairs to get to my room but no hand rail. But on the positive the staff was excellent , helpful and pleasant. We liked the complementary chocolates and cookies. It was very thoughtful."
