"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Pillows. The hotel was very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We also loved the cocktails at the bar ā definitely a highlight of our stay! Would happily stay here again."

"Det bliver nƦrmest ikke mere centralt i Gent end pĆ„ dette hotel hvor restauranten ligger lige ned til kanalen. Super god seng og virkelig pƦne vƦrelser. Den ene elevator var i stykker, hvilket skabte lidt kĆø, men ikke noget der Ćødelagde opholdet. Parkering lige under hotellet, omend lidt dyrt, men det er prisen i Gent. Rigtig fin morgenmad i de gamle, historiske lokaler. Resten af hotellet er nyistandsat og super flot. Vi kommer gerne igen nƦste gang vi skal til Gent."

"The hotel was pretty decent and for the most part the stay was perfectly fine. The room was under stocked with tea, milk, sugar and coffee. For two guests, we only had two coffees and two milks when we arrived, which is a bit lousy as that means, technically we could only have one coffee each from check in to the following morning. I had to ask the staff for more, which they did provide but I do feel as though they could have considered providing more in a room on check in. The room itself was ok, but the air conditioning practically did nothing although weād tried setting it to cool. Between that, the bed and duvet it felt very hot which means I struggled to sleep. Perhaps thinner duvets should be provided in summer."

"This was our favourite hotel by far! We loved our stay at the Ter Brughe! It was quaint and beautiful and our deluxe room and bathroom were massive. The aesthetics of the hotel feel as if you are transported in time, carefully curated to match the feel of the city. The room was gorgeous with wooden beams on the ceiling, massive windows which opened up on the canal side, the Victorian (?) style wallpaper of people frolicking in the country side, portrait frames of Napoleon and other historical figures, ornamental curtains around the bed, old style light fixtures and wooden furniture. It was so beautiful. Travelers may want to be aware that there is no stand up shower - the bathroom we had had a spacious bathtub and a handheld showerhead instead. But don't let that deter you from staying here if you feel strongly about a standup shower. This hotel has so much to offer! We really enjoyed coming back to our hotel to have a drink in the garden area after our days of adventuring. Nice selection of drinks on the menu and great space! The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. This hotel is run on interactions with people as you leave your room key (an actual key!) with the front desk when you leave the hotel and come back. But this means that there is someone at the front desk 24/7 to help you including to serve you drinks late into the night. Excellent location - we walked everywhere from our hotel! We absolutely loved our stay and would love to stay there again."
