The only negatives were that the attached restaurant could use a larger variety of affordable items on the menu along with the high-end entrees, and the complimentary breakfast was just so so. With improvements in those areas, it would be a more inviting experience."

"Stayed here before attending a concert in town and I would highly recommend it if you’re in the area. The property was easy to access and parking was great. The staff, every one of them were friendly and helpful and always greeted us when near them. The room was clean and more than sufficient for our needs. Will definitely stay here again while in the area in the future."

"The hotel is older, but in good condition and clean. The staff were helpful. I would probably have stayed again, but the day I left, my credit card was hacked. I was in Ladysmith for a few days before I checked out and had no issues when I used the credit card at other places, but the day I checked out, I was hacked and had to get a new card. Since I've not stayed there before and have not had this happen before, I may consider it a coincidence."
