The room was simple but spacious. Breakfast was great. Dinner was excellent, at a level of fine dining restaurant. All staff were very attentive. The only thing that would make it better would be the air conditioning and lighter blanket as it was hot.

Gemütliches Hotel, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Die Zimmer sind modernisiert, alles ist sehr sauber, das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nah am Kronplatz und der netten Kleinstadt Bruneck. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das tolle Essen, dessen Qualität und Vielfalt uns seit Jahren überzeugt.

Der Empfang und die persönliche Betreuung in der Rezeption bereits war ausgezeichnet.Auch das sonstige Personal wurde offenbar intensiv für Gästebetreung geschult. Dadurch das daß Hotel nicht allzu groß ist, fühlt man sich bald wie in familiärer Atmosphäre.Die Küche ist hervorragend.Wir sind beide angenehm überrascht , wie man sich auch für kleine Wünsche bemüht. Die Lage unseres Zimmer über den Müllcontainern der Küche war eigentlich eine Zumutung. wir fühlten uns jedenfalls als Gast nicht richtig willkommen. Wir hatten mit Absicht ein Zimmer nur mit Frühstück gebucht, somit waren wir aber -gefühlt- Gäste zweiter Klasse. Auch die gewählte Art der Onlinebuchung hatte die Resonanz das wir da eher "geduldet" sind .
