"We arrived Friday evening expecting a safe, standard stay, but immediately encountered serious concerns. There was a strong odor of marijuana in the parking lot and throughout the building. The lobby and hallways were chaotic, with multiple unsupervised children running, yelling, and no visible staff intervention.
Our initial second-floor room was unusable due to loud music and marijuana odor. On the first floor, our assigned room door would not lock—a major safety issue. Instead of relocating us, staff sent maintenance, delaying resolution.
Hotel policies were clearly not enforced. While we signed an occupancy limit agreement, many rooms appeared overcrowded. Groups of unsupervised children ran through the halls, yelling until about 2 AM, with no security present.
Saturday night was worse. Both floors remained disorderly, and the pool area was overcrowded and unmanaged, resembling an unsupervised public recreation space. The environment also felt consistent with extended-stay/work-crew housing, adding to noise and lack of oversight. Marijuana use continued near guest rooms.
We ultimately left because we did not feel safe. When we contacted the front desk, staff were dismissive and ended the call.
This property fails to provide basic safety, security, or policy enforcement and is not suitable for business or leisure travelers. This property should be removed from Expedia."
"Room wasn't properly cleaned(if at all).
1. To start the room itself smelled like stale air and old cigarette smoke.
2. One of the ceiling tile over the jetted tube was either moved out place or too small.
3. The jetted tube was visibly dirty, so the relaxing soak was out of the question
4. Not enough towels
3. The walls were damaged, one spot looked like damage from years of rubbing and neglect. Another looked like a burn mark.
5. The couch looked disgusting. The arms are discolored from what looks like years of dirt and neglect. The cushions had some let's say white-ish drippings on them.
6. The bedding was stained and had hair on them.
7. While the front desk attendant was nice enough and he didn't give me any issues, but when I got the new bedding from him, he didn't give me pillowcases or a blanket.
8. The hinge door lock(I believe that the name of it) was also broke.
9. The ice machine didn't work, but that is posted at the front desk.
We didn't have the breakfast.
Oh, I almost forgot we had to walk around about 5 or 6 trash bags full of trash in-between the lobby and hallway... I know it was there for at least 30 mins.
I usually don't leave bad reviews, but I was taken aback by this place.

"Absolutely no hot water during my stay Staff was rude hallway main lobby in my room definitely could’ve used the cleaning. Bedding was clean TV. Had a good picture. Very noisy all day and night."
"Gave us a 2 queen room instead of a king, would’ve preferred the other. The front desk didn’t allow late checkout even though the manager said it was okay a few days prior. I probably won’t go back."
"This hotel is beautiful. It’s new the staff was friendly and professional. We had dinner in Alto Steak House.Beautiful and ambience was nice. Service was excellent. Will stay here again"

"We walked into the room and our window was wide open... no screen, just wide open. The bed felt like laying on a brick and to make it worse it sagged so bad my husband and I both rolled to the middle of the bed. Also when you walked into the hotel all you could smell was pot."
