"The stay was amazing. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here while visiting Chicago. I do, however have some recommendations. Hotter water for the showers and microwaves for the rooms. If I am buying food from the hotel restaurants, and cannot finish it all, how am I to reheat my leftovers? Outside of those issues, Wind Creek was great."

2/10 Terrible
"So I called to inform Rafael that we had a travel delay and would arrive between 3-6AM. We arrived at the hotel only to be informed that he THOUGHT I said I would be there around 3 and my room had been canceled! He offered NO sympathy/empathy/or resolution!"
"If you are looking for a place to stay that does not cost an arm and a leg and is about 20 minutes from Chicago, this is your place. Floor was dirty, bathroom was dirty, everything was old and dated. Absolutely zero towels by pool. Gives 3 towels in room when you make a reservation for 4 people. Did not eat here so can't give any recommendations. Indoor pool was not heated, very cold. Understaffed. Repeat, understaffed. If you want no frills and just a place to sleep and take a shower, stay here. If you are looking for anything more, don't bother."

4/10 Poor
"Voice was really ideally located right in the mall area a lot of shops lots of different things to eat there if you’re saying for a day stay. But my room was dirty. The bedspread on the second bed was spotty has spots on it. There was popcorn and popcorn kernels and debris beside my bed when I came in to sleep and because it was like 12 o’clock at night, I said nothing I simply climbed in a bed and Holt the other clean looking bed and Holt the facilities is older I think and there’s been no upkeep faded rugs frayed at the end just things that say it’s old"
"The receptionist was really nice and extremely helpful. The upkeep of the room I stayed in was not pleasing at all. Broken cabinets, food stains on the wall, stains on the pillows, broken curtains, stinky stench in the room, the pool was a mess and had to be cleaned from the weekend prior to my stay. Woken up to a couple arguing in the hallway and then police presence in the building. I’ll pass on a future visit with this property."
"Staff was rude. Office was disgusting! Parking was scary, over crowded with people playing loud music and letting their dogs poop in the grass next to the rooms. Room was disgusting!!! Dirty floor, dirty walls, AC was NASTY, towels had hair all over them and sheets were stained. It was an awful experience! Didn't look anything like the photos. There want any chairs in the room only the bed and half the lights didn't work. We got a King bed smoking and LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!!!"
