The room was clean. The staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was minimal, bagels, cereal and yogurt. I appreciate that they cater to guests with pets (I don’t travel with pets) but it does smell like animals stay here unfortunately.

The 3 staff members we encountered were all very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and very spacious and bed was super comfortable. My husband said the best night sleep away from home in a long time.

We didn't use the hot tub or pool because it rained. The only downside of our stay is that our toilet on the 3rd floor was slow to flush. It took at least 2 flushes for a tinkle.Thwre was no vent/ fan for the shower and it was kind of swampy when we showered. However, the staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was very quiet and breakfast was tidy and scrumptious.

Bathroom drain did not close. Toilet flush was not adjusted correctly. Workout Room 3 pieces of Equipment were not in working order. Brought all of this to attention of management nothing was done, no compensation offered.
