You get what you pay for, this hotel is very cheap and affordable. Bed was comfortable but I wish it smelt better . It’s also very convenient to go anywhere and not have to drive which is very nice. My bf loves staying here.

Second time to stay and it hasn't aged well. Our ceiling was bowed down and the floor was dirty. Management said they didn't have another room to move us to, but expedia showed 4 available rooms for the next night with a king bed. The sink was clogged and there was no desk. The location is great but parking is hit or miss. Maybe another room would have been better.

This location is great to the pier and restaurants, shops! I feel like the drain and shower heads need more cleaning and maintaining. Also the rooms are so cute and clean. I would suggest more hooks on the walls to hang towels and clothes, hats! And maybe rugs in the doorway to trap sand and water. We had to leave a day early unexpectedly so I wish they would refund that last night! But it’s good weekend getaway stay!

It was okay , because TV got no closed captions I am hearing apaired.. by law, ours 2nd deaf constitution that every hotel, inn, motel must have closed captions for hearing paired where we can understood like other people hearing TV. In the shower , small screw poke my feet which it's hurt.

Best overall location, right downtown. Walk to pier, lighthouse, shops and restaurants. Pool is nice. Rooms are comfortable but dated. We had a hole in the wall beneath the ac unit and water stained ceiling tiles over the bed. But, price terrific.
