Very soon after checking in for a two night stay I killed a roach crawling across the floor. Hoped it was a fluke. At 3:00 AM I got up to pee and took my phone with flashlight with me and wore shoes. Killed 3 more roaches. Never went back to sleep. When I got out of bed every small thing left on the floor had a roach under it. Showered and checked out. Asked for a refund for the night we didn’t stay. They refused to give our money back.
Aside from this the mattress was completely worn out and there were holes in the drywall behind every doorknob. Terrible property. Do not stay here. I’m surprised Best Western tolerates this.

The toilet was leaking and there isn’t a seal around the door, so you hear everything that happens in the hallway, AC had a musty smell every time it come on.

Holes in the wall, roaches in the bathroom, dirty sheets, internet did not work and had no cell service. Spend the extra and stay somewhere else not worth the trouble. Staff was nice enough though no real issues outside of the room.

I came into Brunswick late and spent 3 hours trying to find a hotel from Kingsland - Brunswick , everyone was sold out . As I am booking a room at this location it became midnight and the reservation rolled over to the next day online and I ended up booking for the wrong night . I tried to call and speak to someone the next day but was told , too bad no refunds . Then Michelle takes my info and says her manger Kevin would call me back and I could discuss it with him but he won’t do anything about it . I asked her why and her response was because I know how he is and he never gives refunds . I then asked to have the reservation moved to another night that I come to Brunswick 8 times a year . I again was denied . Here it is day 6 and I still haven’t heard from this guy Kevin . With zero regard for their customers and some of the worst customer service I have even experienced I would not recommend this place to anyone !! It already looked like a roach motel but we needed a room for a few hotels to get some sleep and had no other choice . If you have other options I highly suggest you find a different place and not give these people any of your money

It was easy check in and right off the interstate. Our room was nice for a good nights rest to continue our travel. Hotel staff was friendly!

I was appalled at the appearance of room assigned, there were spiderwebs on wall near the door, the chair upon entering to the right of the room was soiled, the bathtub had a soiled ring, the shower curtain was soiled, and there are numerous other concerns.

While the property was obviously well-maintained and the room was clean, we found out after the fact that it has a reputation for being an unsafe area. In addition, the internet provided was horrible. We had to go out in the parking lot to get a decent signal. For the price, it was acceptable, but the old adage "you get what you pay for" certainly applies here.

We stayed because the ad said pets stay free. When we got there, the clerk tried to charge an extra $20. I showed the ad to the clerk and he said the ad was wrong, that only service dogs stay free. Either your clerk lies or your ad lies.

You get what you pay for.
It was comfortable for the price but condition wise could use work. Definitely an older hotel that needs some TLC. The check in was smooth and the desk clerk very nice. We did not have breakfast so no comment. The biggest disappointment was the brightness in the room overnight due to the curtains which were not enough to block the outside parking light.
