Hotel was nice and clean. Pool is very cool. I would of given it 5 stars but there was a bald male receptionist that was always in a rush and just angry about his job. Overcharged my card by adding someone else to my room ,and just giving attitude. HOTEL is great. That receptionist not so much. Everyone else was great

Me and my family came here for spring break and it was okay. I booked a penthouse I felt it could’ve been cleaner I found hair in the freezer the beds were a little uncomfortable with very thin comforters. Also water wouldn’t get hot so showers were very quick because it was too cold. It was advertised that we would receive a hotel credit of $200 however when I checked in the front desk associate gave me a coupon book worth $200(bad advertising) but what me and my family like the most about the resort is the heated pools and hot tubs. The ocean water view was amazing! The stay could’ve been better if we didn’t experience the things I listed above.

Water park area seemed a bit dark but towels stocked room was great parking in parking deck was a little walk(not too bad).

The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. There was a good beach view from the balcony as advertised and the hotel was conveniently located next to restaurants, bars, and the beach access.
