"The front desk staff member who checked me in was exceptionally friendly and professional—easily the best service I’ve experienced during my many stays here. The room itself was clean and comfortable. However, noise remains a consistent issue for me at this location. Between constant door slamming and heavy footsteps overhead (possibly related to pet-friendly rooms), the sound was so disruptive that I barely slept. Since I’ve encountered this noise across multiple stays—regardless of whether my room faced the highway or the quiet side—the hotel would benefit greatly from better soundproofing between rooms and floors.
The individual handling checkout was less than friendly—a stark contrast to the wonderful sub working the night shift. Since this person is often there during my arrivals, I believe they may be the manager, which makes the lack of warmth particularly disappointing."
