"We've stayed at the Mark Spencer Hotel several times. We've enjoyed it, even though its an older building. I think the only thing I dislike is the small parking garage."
"There isn't a coffee pot in the room, and it is only available for a couple hours in the morning. Breakfast was good, although a little expensive. The front desk staff was friendly, but didn't offer information unless they were asked. Overall, it just didn't feel like the paramount hotel that we stayed at in Seattle."
"I loved this place the location was great! The staff were amazing! The only thing is valet parking on a Saturday while checking in. Luckily, I found a free parking space on the street and I was able to check my valet after at night time."
"By far is the worse place I’ve stayed! I checked in went to my room and the room was not even cleaned at all beds were undone called front desk they brought some sheet and some pillows which smelled not washed. I called also and requested to get a new room because of this and they stated they were sold out no other rooms available because the room also had a bad moldy smell and my son is allergic to mold then the next day we leave around 9am come back around 6pm and my room was not serviced no new towels or room cleaned and then the whole hallway smelled like marijuana the front desk guy had an attitude when I called saying that he can’t do much because they are so busy told me that the housekeepers are still here someone will go up shortly to clean my room no one ever showed up the worse experience ever and my son with his mold allergies couldn’t really sleep at night terrible place to stay"

10/10 Excellent
"Room was comfortable and clean. Check in and out was a breeze. We didn't do breakfast but the coffe was plentiful.
We swam with family we were visiting. The pool amd Hot tub were well maintained.
I actually booked the wrong hotel so the overnight parking fee was a surprise.
We could definitely hear planes in the day from our room but night time we heard nothing.
Im pleased With this place"
