We arrived early so they picked us up from the ferry port with our luggage to save us the walk/bus trip and continued to offer us lifts into Bellagio. "Once you listen to the instructions it’s quite easy to enter and access. Great bathroom, big room, and quiet. I only contacted the number and didn’t have any interaction with any staff. Very clean.. would recommend especially if you r travelling by car. Wi fi is a dog. The aircon is a challenge, possibly some instruction on how to use it. "It was an accommodating place, very comfortable.. Nicholas got us to the airport in plenty of time. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. I would recommend it to anyone. the only liability was that you could hear people in the rest of the building. "

"The room itself was great and well equipped, it is upgrades and we received a free upgrade with a lake view including a balcony. Our air conditioning did not work the greatest and it was warm getting ready and the Wi-Fi did not work great. "The apartment was perfect for my daughter and I. It’s centrally located and walkable to everything in Como. Only a 12 minute walk to the central station. A good grocery store just down the street. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. The staff were very helpful and friendly. "
