"Le Louise is a hotel to enjoy. It is located in an upper level shopping area (Cartier, Hermes, Nike, etc., etc.) and maintains that level of excellence throughout the hotel. The roos are spacious, cool and clean. The breakfast is first rate, especially the coffee (!) and the bar/restaurant has the nicest anhd funniest staff.
Loved every minute there!"
"Awesome place to stay in Brussels.
Rooms have much art and design, character and style.
Pool is awesome and fantastic place to see the sun set on the 31st floor.
Only minus if the air con failed"
"Great experience overall although the restaurant manager(s) were a bit snooty - everyone else was great. Also in the restaurant for morning buffet - staff could focus more on helping the guests dining w needs and replenishing the buffet instead of bussing tables while guests wait to get their attention. Otherwise great views and food."
"The bedroom was great , lovely decor & a very comfortable bed BUT the bathroom was clearly in need of a major refurbishment - it was extremely dated and in poor condition - the shower attachment was in the bath but the tiled side of the bath was so high that I could not get in to have a shower. There were 2 sinks but one only had a dribble of water coming out. The finish on the tiling around the sinks and the boarding behind the toilet seat were clearly suffering from wear and tear. I mentioned this to a receptionist at the end of our 2 night stay who apologised & said the rooms in the hotel are being refurbished working down from the top floors - we were on floor 1. I think the stark contrast between the bedroom & the bathroom should have been mentioned at the start of our stay &, possibly, the hotel should slightly reduce the rates of such rooms that are not yet refurbished. Also, only one of the two lifts were working so there was a lot of time spent waiting for the lift - sometimes because cleaning staff were using it. I mentioned this at reception & the young man said it had been out of order for some time & they were having difficulty getting it fixed. Other than these issues, staff were friendly, the breakfast was excellent & we also enjoyed an excellent evening meal in the restaurant."
"The hotel is in a very centric location with many restaurants close by. Even though we arrived early the front desk let us in early when we signed up to be members. The room had all the amenities needed. Would stay here again."
