This has to be the worst experience we’ve ever had. First thing we see as we go up the elevator to go to our room when the door opens it’s completely dark no lights at all like in a horror movie, as you walk the lights turn barely on and flickering it was insane I never thought a hotel would be like that and I wish we could upload video to show how it looks nothing like the pictures everything is peeling and lots of weird stains on the floor, the bed sheets had crumbs and who knows what else, the bathtub was nasty they could’ve at least removed the mildew from the corners before having guests stay in there. Not to mention an alarm starting ringing in the middle of a the day with no warning or announcements to us when we checked in. At night we kept hearing very weird noises and footsteps at 3am in the morning along with a woman screaming at 12pm. We opened the door at night to get food and it’s pitch black, we felt so uncomfortable and unsafe. That area of the city is not safe which is my fault I should’ve done more research. They would not give us our money back so we left the next day that’s how bad it was, their post is so deceitful, the hotel looks nothing how it looks and the reviews are fake obviously. The only night I stayed the only thing I can say if you don’t care about the horrible hotel is the bed was very comfortable that’s it.

It was horrible, I asked for room service they lady told me they don't do it until I check out unless I call the front desk and I'd have to pay. No extra toilet papers, no extra towels. I was there for 4 nights and I cooked but the trash was still in my room for the whole time I was there. I never had that kind of experience before in any hotels I've been

Good choice for short stay and modest price
not the fanciest hotel, but good for the price. Good connection to Metro and to the Airport. Very generous size of room. The only small minus is dated furniture and dust in wardrobes. We are overall are satisfied with our stay.

The room was dirty with hair all over, in the bathroom and on the sheets. Reserved the room for two people and check in as such but they gave only one bath-towel. The kitchenette was closed off. There was stain of food and other unidentifiable substances on the walls and curtains. On the plus side, the facility is far from downtown but easily accessible through public transportation. The breakfast is OK for the price but could been better. The fried eggs were cold. The breakfast host lady who was working there is super nice and extremely helpful despite language barrier issues. The reception was basic business transaction. The receptionists (two male who are there only at certain hours) were barricaded behind glass windows makes it feel like a high security facility! Carpets in the hallway were dirty also. The whole building looks like it needs some refreshing!

Comfortable stay
Apparently, I had not ordered a room with a kitchen but there were also no cups available at all, so I asked to have some. Instead, I was given access to the whole kitchen which was great. The only downside was that the microwave wasn't working. As it was generous to give me the kitchen at all, I couldn't complain, though. But cups certainly should be provided even if the kitchen wasn't ordered.

I liked the proximity of groceries stores and public transportation. I did not like: to climb on a chair to turn the light on-off the bathroom sink. Also new carpets in the hallway (3rd floor) would be nice.

Very disappointing
Worst hotel i have ever stayed in in my life Looks very dingy room was dirty and not cleaned, room stinks of smoke smell, carpet all dirty and have burn marks, the kettle stinks of alcohol smell, kitchenette was not available even though it’s included in the booking

It's ok.
Starting with the good; big spacious rooms, amenities nearby and generally modern. The bed is incredibly comfortable. The not so good; no kettle in the room. I had teabags and sugar sachets and mugs but no kettle. Bathroom was tiny. Very tight space for toilet area. Shower was a dribble that was luke warm at best. If you're on a quick stop in Brussels, this does the job but not for a getaway or pleasure.

The property is perfectly placed for the metro and the schaerbeek area. We had a good sized room and the bed was really comfy. But the property could do with a good clean. Nobody replenished the tea/coffee sachets and when we asked we were given coffee creamers as they had nothing else. We should have had a kitchenette but we only had a fridge. And the bathroom sink leaked which again, nobody remedied. Despite this, considering the price, we would stop again so it's a solid 7/10.

unexpected stay
The staff were great. Good location for public transport. Stylish and comfortable. Very clean. Only drawback was the very limited kitchen equipment - 1 very small saucepan, no corkscrew, no washing up liquid to clean items between filling the dishwasher - a problem as only one large plate. We needed cooking facilities for diet requirements. Apart from traffic noise very quiet.

Change towels/clean the room at least once a week!
The kitchenette remained locked and unusable all week. The room wasn't cleaned all week and the towels were not changed all week. These were things that I wasn't inofrmed of at check in.

It was a good time spent for 2 weeks. The staff is excellent. The only issue is the mattress. That needs to improve as my body still sore from sleeping on the mattress for 2 weeks. Everything else is great.

We didn’t realize until we checked in that cleaning service only once a week. No one around to ask for swapping towels. The carpet was spotted and dirty throughout. The hotel needs an overhaul of cleaning! We will not recommend to family and friends.

Great price for a spacious room
The room was very spacious. Everything worked fine. I found the pillows a bit too large but OK. There was traffic noise with the windows open. I was very happy overall for the price and convenience. I had to wait a bit to check in because no one was at reception when it was supposed to be open, but not bad. The person at reception was very friendly and made me a coffee. Internet was excellent. I was able to work in a great large common room after I checked out, which was wonderful. It was nice having a microwave, fridge, and other amenities of a kitchen.

This is for long and short term living facility, therefore, they offer everything in terms of cooking simple meals to full faction bathroom. We had a great time live there. And the owner (manager) even offered us much earlier check in as 10:30 in the morning; however, please remember this is not a normal hotel and there is no front desk 7/24. Needless to say, we were so luck for waiting only less than half hour. The place is really close to Metro and bus, which we heavily depended on during our stay. there are also supermarket and small shop to get by daily. It is very quiet and nice area to live.
