Due to our historical recognition (UNESCO), renovations are really difficult to achieve and we are not allowed to create the space for a lift or modifying the structure of the rooms or of the edifice.About the beds, we are truly surprised because our website and our description don't talk about king bed, but only twins bed, and we don't understand who come the misunderstanding. It is very difficult to mitigate the fact that we are in the centre of a city, but if you had communicated this to reception, we would have done our best to change your room to a higher room or one that is facing our inner courtyard.
