It is in the perfect location. It has a great breakfast included from 7-10 and to 11 on holidays…- The larger rooms have everything I needed - one less star because sometimes they forgot to add a soap or enough towels..:-) The staff is attentive but not overbearing .

The gentleman at reception was very welcoming & helpful, hotel was clean, breakfast was great. Woukd suggest to move hot food to the other wndcrather then next to coffee machine as will definitely help with bottle neck queue at that end. Location was great close to bus stops, metro, shops, central brussels & all the touredt spots

First Brussels visit

Excellent experience. Check-in was courteous and efficient. We were quite early but coffee shops and restaurants conveniently close by. We stowed our luggage in a dedicated room near check-in. Lobby was comfortable enough fir a brief wait and had M/W restrooms. Rooms were well enough appointed, ckean and larger than some we’ve stayed in. Breakfast each day was excellent. Breakfast room was always clean and well staffed with ample variety, scrambled eggs, bacon, cold cuts, breads, pastries, fruit, coffe and tea.

Prima lokatie

Mooi hotel en parkeergarage zit prachtisch voor de deur (eur 25 voor 24 uur). Prima kamer met een balkon. Enige minpunten: bed was erg klein voor 2 personen en de douche lekte op de vloer. Dichtbij de Kunstberg en lekkere restaurants in de buurt (Le Trappiste).

Chambord- My stay

The hotel is just in front of Subway (Porte de Namur).Easy to access different stores (big brands) The breakfast is interesting. Their agents in the reception are so friendly.

Overall the stay was ok, but nothing more. We were super disappointed by the standard of the hotel room. It was way older and more worn than expected. Compared to the pictures and the price paid we expected more. The breakfast was nice.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, dass man an einigen Ecken sieht. Es liegt Zentral und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal beim Frühstück war flott und hat schnell wieder aufgefüllt. Die Zimmerreinigung war hörbar früh unterwegs und hat leider nur ein schnell Durchgang durchs Zimmer gemacht. Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel nicht, nur in der nahegelegen Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr.
