The lady at reception was lovely and exceedingly welcoming. The breakfast was good, very varied with excellent salads and exceedingly helpful staff. The bedroom was bigger than I expected for a standard room and also very clean with good facilities. The hotel was located near some good restaurants and the botanical gardens.

The breakfast was amazing! The staff were friendly, the rooms were larger than expected and very comfortable. The only niggle was the coffee cups in the room were tiny but if you ask, the staff will provide larger ones. The location was perfect, so close to everything you'd want to see and right beside some fantastic restaurants. I would absolutely recommend.

Super clean, relatively safe area, the breakfast buffet was a savior as there isn’t a lot of breakfast options around. We loved the jungle/bird theme of the hotel, the rooms were also really cute.

Excellent service all around. Our room was ready before check in, which was great because we had an overnight flight. Staff were super friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was really good. The hotel was only a few steps away from the train station and most attractions were a short walk away.

Lovely hotel to stay at, the room was very comfortable and cosy, great location and friendly staff. My only disappointment is the restaurant wasn’t open for hotel guests which was very inconvenient after a day of sightseeing. As far as I could tell it was only used for private hire.
