The phone and AC wasn’t working for the first day and night of our stay. It was not easy to call the front desk as we are international guests, so trying to fix the problem was more difficult.

I wasn’t fond of the area most close in proximity to this hotel in terms of the noise outside and general disorder at the train station next to it, but fine for taking a train elsewhere or walking 15 minutes into better part of downtown area. Room was average. Bath too narrow to sit in for me as a small person. No self air conditioning seemed available.

This is a nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. They helped with our taxi, stored our luggage, and helped make our stay very pleasant. The restaurant is solid (though breakfast nearby at Omni is truly extraordinary). The room is clean and comfortable. Bathroom is cramped but serviceable. Location is a little dodgy but it’s pretty average for Brussels. The only negative was that our room looked into the building next door and even though we asked to move to a room with a nice view of the square or park, they said had none available.
