We’ve stayed here eight years ago and decided to stay here again and wee glad we did again. The rooms are beautiful and very cleaned and includes nice amenities. The bar area is absolutely beautiful to enjoy an evening cocktail.

The hotel is beautiful. It was like walking onto a set of Downton Abbey. Such a lovely lounge and bar area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable with sumptuous feather pillows and duvet.

A grand old style classical hotel and everything that goes with it. Beautiful. It is situated in an area which does not have many restaurants but mainly fast food outlets, so if you want to explore, be prepared for a 15 minute walk.

Lovely hotel, with more traditional design which was quite refreshing. Located amongst the main shopping area and about 15 minute walk from the Grand Place. Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Great bathroom and shower. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on the food. It was also very peaceful and quiet. Would recommend if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas

Family suite is two rooms. Ours was great and had a wonderful balcony. Can get very hot, but they gave us fans. It is within walking distance of the touristy areas and near the metros. Easy to get to from Zuid trains station. Brussels is a see it once and that is enough. But easy to get out to Bruges and Ghent. If we went back to Brussels we would consider this hotel.

We highly recommend this hotel. Staff members were efficient, polite and very friendly. The WIFI worked 100% of the time. The breakfast was decent but a bit repetitive. The room was clean and of decent size. The location was perfect as we could walk to all the tourist sites + wonderful and beautiful lobby.

The rooms are spacious with big beds and good bathrooms. The breakfast selection was very good and was constantly topped up. The hotel is in a convenient location for the main tourist spots, such as Grand Place, and for travel links for the trams, metro, traibs and buses.
