I took a tour throughout Europe, my stays in the other hotels were wonderful. When you book at the Mozart hotel, the images online are totslly different than when you arrive at the hotel. To begin with, the atmosphere feels heavy since the decoration of the hotel is super loaded with 20 thousand different objects, the service in the lobby is terrible, the rooms are horrible, the decoration is super old, dirty, everything looks patchy. The hotel includes breakfast, but you do not have the option to select what you are going to have for breakfast, since all the tables already have breakfast served (bread, cheese, juice and coffee). I was quite surprised since it is unhygienic to have all the food served without people. To finish my two-night stay, my companions woke up all swollen and bitten by bed bugs, there were bed bugs in the room and in the bathroom. Something that has never happened in all the time I have been traveling. At check out I asked to speak to the manager and they told me to call later, since the manager was sleeping. A totally unacceptable and unpleasant experience.

I stayed in the property for three days. It’s amazing will designed the creative Moroccan style hotel. The staff is very supportive and helpful. I do love the hotel and I will definitely going back to it. It has a convenient great location in the heart of Brussel

The location is the great thing about Hotel Mozart. There are so many great eating options, really close to the Plaza and public transport. The hotel itself is ecclectic, very colourful furnishing and touches. However, there is a strong smell of laundry throughout the hotel. The room we had had the smell of the sewer coming up from the bathroom (if you've travelled in latin america you know what I'm talking about), and we had no hot water (tepid at best). The walls are very thin so we could hear people talking and walking outside, and two of our party woke up next morning with bites that we believe were bed bugs (all the mattresses did have new looking mattress covers so they are trying). I'm glad we were only staying one night.

Close to center, extraordinary decoration in the entire hotel. Noisy at night. Rooms should be renovated big time. Heating was too hot, but water was cold.

A wonderful property in a wonderful location. Should have been a quirky gem but the beds were awful and there was no hot water for the shower. V disappointed

This hotel is amazing! Located perfectly for the train station and Grand Place. The decor is amazing! I loved the colourful hallways and intricate tiling was amazing to see. We spoke to the owner of the hotel who was very friendly and funny. We spoke and exchanged a few jokes. We will certainly book again when we return to Brussels!

There were bed bugs in our room. This place appears fancy in photos but in person it's all fake and falling apart. The desk staff is lazy and unhelpful. There is a reason they always have vacancies when everyone else is full.

Bedbugs
I got bitten up by bedbugs in 2 different rooms and had to leave in the middle of the night and check into another hotel. It was a terrible experience.

An original Moroccan Extravaganza
An astonishing creation 30 years ago, by a Moroccan who created a home from home. It is a magnificent 'riad'. Faded glory in many ways. It has to be experienced. The location is terrific too. Perfect for the tourist, in Brussels for a few days.

This place is at best a hostel. The location is the only benefit. The entire hotel is filthy and smells of cat urine. There is no way that the rooms are up to building code.

This property did not deliver as promised, and what we saw on the web. The only good thing was the location. Our room was difficult to get to and required lots of stairs, the room itself was a large attic open space. Bathroom facilities in the room were very small and not very clean. The bed was hard as a rock. The TV did not work, the owner said read a book. The restaurant for breakfast had cats running around everywhere and the staff serving were not friendly to the patrons. It was a bit overpriced in my humble opinion and would recommend people consider a chain versus this property. It felt more like a hostel.

Nice little hotel right in the heart of Brussels, literally a block off the Grand Place. Tons of restaurants all around and plenty of shops. Convenient to central train station and all sights. Check in was quick and easy and the Moroccan decor made the hotel unique. I will definitely stay here when I return on another holiday.

Bed bugs old property we left after first night he promised refund gave me a receipt but it wasn’t to my credit card called Expedia they are equally as bad would not intervene despite me having proof that a refund was entitled to me. I am no longer working through Expedia either .
