Clean room, walking distance to center, close to metro stations. Interesting layout in the deluxe room, very roomy and nice, just know the sink and shower are separated from the toilet which is sort of odd. Area shuts down in the evening so the streets feel deserted but not necessarily unsafe.

Situated in a great area only 10 minutes walk from Grand Place and St Catherine's area and we were pleased to find a really busy shopping street only one road over. We did not have breakfast as it was expensive but we went to a different cafe on the street each day. Disappointed to not have a hotel bar for final drink before bed at end of day.

Great customer service in the reception. Can do a little bit of early check in then great, the hotel is thinking in the client first. Wifi was working great. Confy bed. Close to touristic places and shopping malls.

Great comfortable, clean and modern hotel

Loved this hotel, room was immaculately clean and modern, Netflix on the TV, great shower and bathroom, nespresso machine and kettle, mugs and glasses provided, a fridge, good AC system. Walking distance from the Grand Place (about 10 mins) and near the metro so pleased with the location and staff were very helpful and friendly. Not a bad word to say.

Breakfast is very expensive, but the room we had this year was far better than the two previous times. Our room was 5th floor, front facing, two TVs, separate shower/bathroom and toilet. Coffee machine and fridge, along with ironing board and kettle and cups. It’s also has a safe too. Remember to bring adapters as there are no usb sockets. Good room though.

The room was large and it was very quiet, even we are in the middle of Brussels. The building has some former grandeur. the lay-out is a bit confusing but the sings are fine.

Nice hotel, once in the days. Now it's a bit worn down - small things that don't work - like lighting in the room when you arrive and the shower. There's quite a lot of space in the hotel - except for the breakfast-room, which is crammed and horrible although with good service.

Loved it!

The whole experience was amazing! Lovely, super friendly and helpful team. The room was extremely clean and I loved how environmental friendly the rules were (they would only change towels and bedding IF asked for it; which has a huge impact on the water used). I want to come back for sure. Thank you! Also it’s walkable everywhere from the hotel! And you have so many stores and restaurants just within a moment from the location.

The hotel is understaffed. Need at least one more person at front desk. Door keys worked off and in. Shower door let out a lot of water so bathroom floor flooded.

The hotel is a really beautiful one. Our room was huge comparing to others that we’ve stayed in the past. But I didn’t like the bathroom. I could have a little smaller room with a better shower. It was so small that if you drop something, you had to come out because there is no space. Or if a bigger person than me gets in there it wouldn’t have enough room to close the door. Besides that I’ll recommend it. Perfect location

We were not advised prior to our booking that there were road works out the front of the property. It was very inconvenient especially with bags and having to walk to either end of the street just to go places.

The room was quite small, carpet had stains on it. Bed was comfortable, but the cushions on the bed had hair on them. The bathroom was small, the extractor fan didnt seem to work as it was dripping with condensation after using the shower. The shower was nice and the water was hot. We only spent 1 night so didnt bother mentioning any of this to reception. I wouldn't stay there again
