What a great place. Wonderful location, walking distance to everything. Great dining and shopping steps away. Everyone there was so helpful, and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for families. Our suite was very spacious and had everything we needed.

The hotel is in a perfect location and the rooms are clean. The staff was also friendly and helpful. However, I found the beds to be a little bit uncomfortable. Not uncomfortable to ruin the stay, but a bit uncomfortable nonetheless.

To me, the location cannot be beat for this hotel. It was so easily accessible from Brussels Centraal — if the comic museum entrance next door is open, it’s literally a one minute walk. It was right in a town Square with great food options, a lively crowd, and a phenomenal view. The rooms themselves weren’t anything spectacular, but if you just need a place to sleep in a fantastic location, this is more than sufficient. Would absolutely stay here again.

No air conditioning the first 2 days, and when they 'fixed' it, it was cool at best. Spent 2 nights in 85-90 F temps. Location was excellent, close to the beautiful center of the city. One block from train station, so good for travel but the surrounding area is dirty and homeless people abound. Staff was nice and kind, and responded promptly to our concerns (even if it was not fixed immediately). Overall 3/5 stars. Probably would look elsewhere next time or just stay in Brugge/Gent and visit Brussels for a day trip.

Location was wonderful. Room was large and perfect for my husband and I and our 17 year old boy. A/C worked great Only drawback is it took a very long time to get our room I understand we arrived in the morning but it would be nice if when you know a guest has arrived and asked for early check in to work on their room instead of saying “we start on floor 1 and make our way to the top. “ we left from Canada so we were absolutely exhausted and even ended up falling asleep in their lobby! Other than that it was great!
