The hotel features impressive interior design, but I was disappointed with the room's cleanliness. There were several stains on the restroom door and one on the bed cover. We contacted reception, and they promptly sent someone to make the bed. Unfortunately, the new bed cover was old and worn out. 😖

Hotel fine, but food a let down

Room was good and service desk were okay but the letdown was the food. Breakfast was below power and minimal staff at hand to assist, ended up going to a local café. If you’re paying for breakfast, maybe skip it and try the local alternatives.

Clean, comfortable and a great location for our one night stay in two rooms on the 5th floor. Pet friendly and easy access to outside for potty breaks, great parking option underneath the building with plenty of spaces and access via the central elevator to our floor.

This property was just a place to lay our heads. Not large rooms and very small beds! If I needed to stay in Brussels again I’m not sure I would stay here again. The hotel is older than the pictures appear and it’s in need of an update. Rooms were decently clean but not what I’d expect from a Radisson collection hotel.

Beautiful foyer and breakfast area. Very disappointed Bar was closed daytime and main restaurant was closed over Xmas. Chinese restaurant was only open evening and food and ambience was not good at all.

I'm a silver member of Hotels.com . As such, promised a complementary sparking bottle of wine for booking at the Radisson. Did not receive it and reception staff knew nothing about this. Disappointed with Hotels.com - enticing you to book with imaginary gifts.

In General the hotel is clean, staff is friendly. The the shower was awful, the shower water went all over the floor, made the whole washroom floor wet and not safe to walk on!!! We had to mopped out the floor ourselves after every shower!!!

On Expedia, we booked a room that said it was a king bed and a twin bed. When we arrived at the property, we were given a room with just two twin beds, that smelled like rotten eggs. When we complained, we were given one one that had the proper number of beds, but they failed to disclose that the twin was a cot. Not a regular twin bed. Couldn’t use the cot because you could easily feel the springs when you tried to lay on it. The room also only had a window into the inside courtyard of the hotel. Brussels offers many choices in higher end hotels. To choose the Radisson and be given a subpar room with subpar lighting was a disappointment. We won’t be back. PS - the fridge in the room has a weight sensor. So if you decide to store your own blueberries in there – expect someone to come by to inspect it to make sure you haven’t stolen any of their small drinks.
