"It was a great stay. I would really like to highlight our experience with the desk staff in the morning. I asked Jeran about possible scenic routes from Hot Springs to Bentonville. She said she wasn’t familiar (which is fair) but while we were having breakfast she researched that. She approached us to tell us what she had found for some possible routes. That was so appreciated. That is really going above and beyond!! 5 stars for Jeran!!"

"Our room was very clean. However, on Saturday morning I found the room was missing blow dryer. I was about ready to walk down to the front desk to ask for one, when one of the maids saw the look on my face and asked me if I needed anything. Through Google translate I told her my room was missing a blow dryer. She responded through Google translate that she would notify her Supervisor at once. I barely returned to my room when there was a knock on my door with a brand new blow dryer! I was profusely thanking her for her super service. "
