The bonus was the ability to park next to the accommodation. As a family of four we loved our stay in the family room, superior room with lake view. "As a frequent traveler, the room that we had looked relatively modern. They offer a pretty decent variety for breakfast. They offer rubber flip flops too for the pool 🏊. Service was just ok. Didnt really feel welcomed by some of the staff there compared to other hotels that I've been to in Italy. Anyway, a-ok hotel but just to give you guys a head's up its located up on top of the mountain. Either you can walk up and down this mountain 50 minutes each or someone has to be a designated driver....

"For a 3 star hotel, this is top tier. Everything you need, closest to the lake you'll get and the bed has so far been the best during my Italy trip. It is a bit dated, but that's expected and acceptable. The price is moreso the luxury of proximity than facilities. The breakfast was as good as a 5 star hotel. Would go here again if in Malcesine."
"Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange.
None of these things stopped us from having an excellent time and we would love to come back! Fantastic facilities and exceptionally positioned on the lake (not too far from picturesque Limone town)."
