All was really good. Very friendly personnel. Good environment. Had to check-in early. No extra charge. Location was great. Right next to shopping mall. I would recommend this hotel to all people interested.

The hotel has a great location, a direct connection to the Shopping mall. The hotel deserves an extra point for early check in option and the high floor where we have stayed. The breakfast has variety of warm and cold food selection, fruit & vegetables. Front desk, housekeeping, bar, restaurant staff was very attentive and helpful. We had a small issue with the facility and the personal of the hotel provided a prompt solution, best hotel in Bucaramanga.

Great place to stay. Nice people. Nice rooms. Good food and an excellent views from the restaurant and swimming pool. If you like to shop, the hotel is connected to a mall. Only drawback…the music in the bar and pool area is WAY TOO LOUD.

Overall a really nice property. The location is stellar with one of the main shopping malls in the city directly adjacent. Lobby was beautiful and reception folks were friendly. I would say that the breakfast was tasty and fine the next 2 days but on Sunday it was complete chaos. The staff dis their best but were not able to keep up with the flow of people. I was only able to get a cup of coffee and some fruit. Also, the internet was spoty.. it was the first day and weak despite the fact they had multiple wifi networks. Overall a nice property and would definitely come back.

Wonderful property. Would stay here again. I have stayed in five star white glove hotels in South America and the breakfast buffet here was excellent. The restaurant is on the 16th floor and is marvelous in the morning. The staff were very helpful. Christian in the restaurant knew I was trying to learn Spanish and made a point to converse with me. The lobby is spacious and open. Easy walk to wonderful shopping and in a very safe area. I didn’t have a car so can’t comment on parking. In my opinion this is not like the typical Holiday Inn in the USA where I am from. And those are fine too. I’m merely saying this property is much better. Very happy with my stay here. I believe there is a pool and a spa but I didn’t use those so can’t comment on those amenities. Wonderful views from the rooms on the upper floors. And despite being in the heart of everything it was quiet in the room at night.

Overall a very good stay. The service is excellent and the food in the restaurant is beyond reproach. A few minor issues: intermittent blackouts in the area affected the hotel, causing power loss and taking time to reboot. When we checked in our AC was broken, couldn’t be fixed, and we were moved to another room. The other room was outdated and less than half the size of the suite we booked and paid for. Luckily they were able to fix the AC and move us back to our original room. The rooftop infinity pool known for its view had a temporary safety wall blocking the bulk of the view from the pool which was unfortunate. The pool itself was much smaller than anticipated. Property was clean and fairly quiet, but area around the hotel is quite loud with a very dangerous and congested road.

Muy buena ubicación, buena atención, habitaciones espaciosas y un AC que funciona muy bien.....tal vez ha llegado el tiempo de un mantenimiento de ascnesores (son muy lentos), red de agua (se interrumpió el servicio en una oportunidad por 3 horas) y mejorar el servicio de la cafetería en el lobby. Todo lo demás muy bien.

According to front desk at check in breakfast was supposed to be 90.000 for 2 days. At the restaurant we were charged 76.000 for 1 day. That was our only problem with the hotel. Otherwise an excellent experience. Would definitely return
