Room clean. Towels thick, white and fluffy. Staff really nice and food in the Kailyard restaurant was excellent. Only downside was there was a problem with the heating so we were cold for the first 24 hours, but small heaters everywhere and engineers dealt with it

Lovely house. Pool was far too cold to go in both nights we were there. Jacuzzi was working first night which was good but wasn’t available 2nd night. Limited hot water in the house which wasn’t enough for 2 people to bath without waiting 20 minutes to reheat
