"The person who runs the place, Spiderman, is a pretty cool dude. Another guy - who has a Santa beard - is 2nd in command, and he's pretty cool too. He's not as cool as Chuck Norris, but still. I had fun meeting all the people there. The train station is very close. Very convenient."

Not very welcoming
"Hotel was pleasant but staff made us feel unwelcome and a burden. There was a you football team staying who were running up and down corridors and partying into the night. We did not complain but still got lots of sighs from staff. The only time we got a smile was on leaving"
