While the location, service, and breakfast were certainly highlights, the facility itself felt a bit outdated. A refresh of the decor and amenities would significantly enhance the guest experience. Additionally, the hotel's entrance was somewhat hidden and lacked a proper offloading area, which could be a minor inconvenience upon arrival and departure.

On the edge of the old town

Good location to walk to the old town. Receptionist was rather blunt, but the other staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable.

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here after a long journey (24 hours in transit) and were relieved to have such a quiet and clean hotel room for our first night in Romania. If you’re looking for a hotel with reliable Internet this is NOT the place. I reported that the Internet in our floor was down during the second day of a four day stay. It never got fixed. Disappointing.

Skip this hotel !

No service. No air condition. Internet slow and cut off every gfew minutes - cant be used for working. Location is fine. Breakfast is fine. No way this hotel was rated 8.8- it is a faked rating - it doesnt feel like a hotel at all. Just a room to sleep in. Not even a lobby. Thanks to hotels.com relocation department - John and Armano - who saved us and moved us to a near hotel.
