Beautiful building and conveniently located to walk on Calea Victoriei south to Lipscani or north to the art museums etc. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The sauna and jacuzzi area were lovely. The staff were helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

It is very centrally located with easy walking to a lot of places. The room was very quiet, no outside noise whatsoever. It was beautifully decorated and large. Just FYI, they don’t have blackout curtains which was fine with us but might bother others. The air conditioning was great. Very nice shower, too. All staff were very friendly and very polite.

Very nice place in the heart of Bucharest, close to everything. Staff very helpful. Bathroom has to be improved as well as the air conditioning. Every request we made was addressed and solved very quickly. I would recommend this hotel and I will probably book again when I will be back in the fall. The restaurant of the hotel was much above the expectations. I would greatly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Breakfast was very good with lovely options to have cooked to order. The staff at breakfast were excellent. Our room was out of shower gel and it took two requests to get it sorted. On one occasion we went to Reception and had to wait for someone to come to the desk, when they did, they answered the phone call instead of dealing with us who had been waiting and were in person. The jacuzzi and sauna were nice, having to book it was a bit frustrating, but I don't know how busy it gets. The hotel is very well located and the room was very comfortable.

This is a beautiful, authentic, historic hotel. I really enjoyed my stay, and I always use the magnificent staircase instead of the elevator!
