Very noisy rooms next to very busy road and petrol station if staying at front of hotel.was told these were the only rooms available… 1 water per room, extra cost 15 lei what a rip off. Very sharp angles on beds which caused us cuts and bruises.

Not necessarily easy to access from the aeroport by car ( uber ) as is a relatively short distance and your car booking will be difficult as they usually prioritise long journeys first... but still can get there easily and cheaper by buss, ( No. 442) direct from aeroport. Overall very nice Hotel, recommend.

A great hotel close to the airport and Therme Spa. Taxis dont always want to take you as its aa short trip for them. I paid a whopping 170RON to the hotel from the airport. When i checked in at the hotel, i was told that airport transfers were available for 25RON pp! I would stay here again and will be using their transfer services in future.

Quite brand-new hotel close to the airport. But a lot of details surprised me not in a good way - strange arrangement of lights and ventilation at bathroom (light in the bathroom only with ventilator and light in front of the bathroom => light in the sleeping room), low quality grouting (sometimes missing, sometimes smudged; but tiles very modern), curtains insufficient for width of window (not possible to make complete dark), expected better isolation from outside noise, funny mirror making you extremely slim:)) breakfast was expected with even more variety of items

Hello, As you know, this hotel is a preferred place for transportation to the airport. It is the place where people stay to go to their planes. All the hotels in that area have a shuttle to go to the airport. They do this for free. BUT IN THIS HOTEL IT IS PAID. SO NOT EVERYTHING IS MONEY. Other issues are good. New hotel. There is no problem with comfort and cleanliness. The staff is very good.

The reason for the overall 4 star and not 5 is because the bed was like sleeping in a rock, the pillows were microfibre, so once you put your head down they were flat. The aircon didn't work and the room was boiling. Even in 16degrees so we had to turn it off and sleep with no covers. The hotel and staff itself were friendly, clean and accommodating, but the rooms need some attention to comfort

I only issues were the heating control on the wall did not work properly and the room was too hot. The other issue I had was that the receptionist told me that the shuttle bus runs every 45 minutes, but she failed to tell me that I had to reserve it in advance and that I had to pay for it. Luckily they were able to arrange the shuttle bus quickly and the cost was only about five euros so at the end of it all not a big deal.

Great business hotel, short ride from OTP airport (15mins approx. depending on traffic of course). Check in was smooth, reception team was polite, quick and efficient. We booked 2br suite (2adults and 2 kids). The suite was well furnished and had A/C controller for each of the bedrooms and living room. Overall cleanliness was good, carpet could have been vacuumed better. We had some small flies/gnats swarming from the drains in the bathroom, and some flying insects in the bedrooms. We left the drains covered overnight. Room was overall nice- soundproofing left something to be desired. Restaurant in lobby area was nice. Server and Bartender were nice and engaging. Food quality was excellent (presentation, taste profile). The service though left something to be desired. Table was not fully set (compared to nearby tables). Appetizers and hot entrees were delivered at the same time, crowding the table and allowing the hot entrees to get cold. Breakfast was rich and setup was nice. The young gentleman working at breakfast was very polite and efficient. Considering we only saw him, not sure how it is when the breakfast room gets busy (clearing, resetting tables, etc.) but since we were among the first, food and table presentations were excellent. The hotel employees young and enthusiastic staff who were very polite. I presume with proper guidance and supervision they can deliver even better service quality. Overall, we are very satisfied with our short stay.

Group of 7 weekend trip split across 3 rooms. Overall we had a pleasant stay in a very beautiful decorated hotel. Rooms exceed our expectations considering it’s only ranked at 3 stars. The 2 men at reception were very welcoming and friendly on our arrival. Hotel and rooms were very clean, good overall location (5 mins to Therme Spa) and close to local shops and the city. Room sizes were good- dressing gown, slippers, water bottle available on arrival. Beds pretty comfortable and the pressure of the shower was great. Breakfast was also good- only suggestion is that they can consider adding some baked beans to their selection. The shuttle service was reliable and prompt. Hotel wasn’t busy for us thankfully. Summer period may differ. The free WiFi worked well. The only negatives we had was, one of the rooms we booked was for 3 people and only 2 body towels were available on arrival. Not a big deal because we requested for 1 extra but, when you’re flying in late and tired, you just want a smooth experience. Also, the bigger room (apartment) was pretty cold. Turned up temperature but, nothing seemed to make a difference. The tea bag tray in the room wasn’t re-filled and the safe also wasn’t working in one of the rooms. Overall, highly recommend

Location was good, hotel was lovely and clean breakfast was good, restaurant and bar was amazing ! My only criticism is the car park is at the back of the hotel and the reception is not linked from there and there was no signage . It would be good if there was an entrance to the reception fur everybody through the back
