"Drayton Valley Best Western never fails us when traveling.
This is the fifth time I've stayed there and we drove an hour and a half out of our way to get there.
Lots of on site services, local restaurant stays open late, beds are perfect (for me), and the breakfast is the best I've seen. Lots to eat, variety and good quality items - not just crappy powered scrabbled eggs.
Rooms are always clean, had real cutlery and plates, (we had the King Suite), Lots of water pressure, water was food to drink, place seems to be well maintained and in nice shape.
Parking lot can handle full size trucks and trailer.
The only negative I could say was some confusion when I called the desk and told them we were booking on Expedia, the desk clerk let us to believe that our room was gone. That was a simple understanding that got resolved when we got Expedia to call the hotel. Neil the hotel clerk was perfect.
Note that BWs reservation system uses AI and often end up on the phone with an AI rep. I just asked for a human amd they transfer you.
I fully recommend the BW at Drayton Valley. PS, we are staying at BWs all over and Drayton valley is the best."
