We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. "Great accessible room with an amazing view across the bay, would defo book a room with a sea view in future. It was very clean and unmarked that it looked as though it had never been used. The staff were great, very polite and attentive, couldn't have asked for more. Breakfast was good with a great choice, if I was being picky some of the hot choices were cold"

"Great location, nice spa & breakfast, lots of info prior to arrival just not told we needed a physical card for the £20 room deposit which then amounted to £150 if you don’t have a card present even though everything else doesn’t need one…not super happy but didn’t have a choice!
