On a positive: check in was relatively fast and accommodating, beautiful views of the ocean.
On the other hand, room furniture was old, room was consistently not made up until early evening hours, phone calls for hotel services were not answered for up to 10 minutes, daily parking fees were unreasonably high.

My only issue was that I did not receive the discounted rates that LXR offered because I made my reservations through Expedia. I feel Expedia should be more transparent or at least or the same discounts as the hotel does.

All aspects about the room were perfect The only issue thats less than ideal is for the double bed rooms that i have seen The mattress is conventional The 'box spring ' below it is not Its basically a mat that is on horizontal springs and is not very quiet when getting up So any other light sleeper ...
