"Cute and stylish cottage (we were in the Milking Parlour), easy to find and good location. Cosy for a few days for a couple but the outside space a bit disappointing. Inside the cottage is pretty much exactly as per the photos. It's stylish and cleverly designed for multi-functional self-catering. Even has a dishwasher! "I arrived and the boiler was not working. They weren't able to help. (they don't have anybody on site of the property ever. I had to try myself.) I then had to wait for 5 DAYS expecting and being told each day that an engineer would come to fix it. Nobody ever came. Whilst I had to wait in the apartment throughout that time for somebody to come, expecting someone to. But they kept breaking their word. I've honestly never met a company less bothered about their property not having working heating...

"Great room. Spacious enough for family of 4. Bathroom was ok, but extractor fan wasn’t working which meant damp is setting in but early stages. Staff were amazing and friendly. Area is has a lovely massive green space. Parking is 15 minutes to drop off. You have to be very quick we you will get ticket. I think this should be extended to 30 mins as larger families found it difficult to get crying kids out after long drive etc. closest parking is the open car park inside the University grounds....
