"Family with children so we required the use of the sofa bed, unfortunately the sofa bed was like sleeping in a ashtray, I am very disappointed that the apartment smelt heavy of stale cigarettes, especially when you are asked to pay a cleaning bill on arrival! The owners have put a huge effort into making the apartment a welcoming, very neat and exceptionally well presented living space, but other faults are they the air conditioner drips onto to small balcony, leaving a pool of water to sit in....

The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain. I must say the hotels.com team was terrific in trying to help modify our reservation."
