"Their indoor pool and spa was fantastic. If you wanted a massage, they were right there for you. The staff was very friendly. English no problem at all. When we needed a wine chiller for our room, it was delivered within 15 minutes and then there was a follow up, call to make sure that it was done. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. Shopping was a little further. taxis out front public transportation two blocks away. A great place to stay in Budapest"

IF you are under 45 and feet you can walk about 40 min to the top, from the hotel. "

"The Hotel does not have a bell service. I have to purchase a luggage locker for keeping my luggage for sightseeing. The locker costs 8 euros per a carry on luggage for 8 hours. As long as they don’t have a bell service, the cost should be reasonable."
